Bradley Project

The Bradley project is a prime example of how a fully integrated design-build approach can completely transform a backyard into a private, resort-style retreat. This project included the design and construction of a custom pool and spa, a modern outdoor living area, and a full landscape design that tied every element together. Every detail was carefully considered—from layout and material choices to privacy and ambiance—to ensure the space felt luxurious, welcoming, and functional year-round.

New Pool & Spa

At the heart of this backyard is a custom-built pool and raised spa, designed with clean lines and rich material contrast. The pool’s layout was planned for both leisure and beauty, while the elevated spa offers a striking focal point with overflow detailing that enhances the sound and movement of water throughout the space.

Key features include:

  • Raised spa with seamless overflow edge
  • 1×2 glass waterline tile throughout pool and spa
  • Decorative border accent tile between the pool coping and travertine decking for added contrast
  • Premium pool equipment for quiet, efficient performance
  • Built-in bench seating and shallow entry steps for relaxation and accessibility

Outdoor Living

We extended the home’s functionality outdoors with a complete outdoor living area, including a custom kitchen, seating wall, firepit, and privacy walls—all designed to complement the pool area and serve as an extension of the interior living space.

Highlights:

  • Outdoor kitchen finished in porcelain cladding for durability and elegance
  • Built-in grill, storage, and prep space with flush-mounted appliances
  • Modern porcelain privacy walls behind the pool for a clean, enclosed feel
  • Coordinated porcelain firepit and seating wall that mirror the kitchen finish
  • Integrated lighting for function and ambiance after dark

Elevated Curb Appeal with Custom Landscaping & Hardscaping

At the front of the Bradley home, we completely transformed the entry experience with a balance of fresh landscaping and refined hardscaping. Lush plantings, tailored to complement the home’s architecture, create vibrant layers of color and texture, while stone pathways and borders add structure and elegance. The result is a front yard that feels both inviting and impressive—welcoming guests with beauty and craftsmanship from the moment they arrive.

3D Design Rendering

Before breaking ground, the Bradley project was fully modeled in 3D, giving the homeowners a realistic preview of their future space. This process allowed us to test layouts, visualize materials in context, and make informed design decisions before construction ever began.

With a 3D model of the home and yard, we were able to:
  • Confirm material combinations (like travertine and porcelain)
  • Adjust lighting placement and spatial flow
  • Ensure clear transitions between pool, patio, and landscape zones
  • Help homeowners feel excited about every design decision
